직무
• 일일/주간/월간 회의에 참여하여 한국어와 영어 간의 의사소통 통역
• 협력업체 및 공급업체와의 협업 지원
• 건설 현장 관련 문서 작업 지원
• 사무실에서 이루어지는 활동 지원
• 다른 분야와의 활동 조정
• 지역 내 협력업체 및 관계 당국과 협업
• 부서장 및 다른 관리자들로부터의 임시 지시 수행
• 회사의 정책, 절차, 규정 준수

자격
• 우수한 영어와 한국어 구사 능력 (말하기 및 쓰기).
• 2년 이상의 관련 업무 경험
• 뛰어난 협력, 참여, 대인 관계 기술
• 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 및 조직 능력과 리더십
• Microsoft Office 프로그램 (Word, Excel, Outlook 등)에 능숙
• 팀원들과 협력하여 일일, 주간, 월간 목표 달성
• 대학 학위 (동등한 경력).

Job Title: Korean Interpreter and Project Coordinator
Location: Granby, Quebec
Type of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $25-30 per hour (To be negotiated)

This company is a global leading EPC (Engineering· Procurement· Construction) company that provides comprehensive solutions across all areas of the plant industry. It successfully performed numerous projects around the world and grew into a globally competitive engineering company. It continuously expands its business across the engineering industry including Refinery, Industrial, Environmental, BIO, and Green Solution areas. Based on their extensive experience, accumulated technologies and talented resources, it provides various services from the feasibility studies to engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and O&M. The company is currently undertaking a construction project in Granby, Quebec. It is recruiting a full-time, permanent employee who can perform Korean/English interpretation and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Participate in Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings and interpret oral communication between Korean and English.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Support documentation related to the construction site.
• Support all activities that should be done at the site office.
• Coordinate activities with other disciplines.
• Coordinate with local subcontractors and authorities.
• Execute temporary orders from Department Manager and other top managements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and rules.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills in English and Korean (spoken and written).
• French speakers are preferred.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Experience in the construction field is preferred.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations in Quebec is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, cooperation, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Work with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Diploma of college studies. (Candidates with equivalent experience may be considered).
• Possess a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Previous project experience with a Korean EPC contractor is not a mandatory requirement, but it is a significant asset.
